Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your appliance in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional items to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
